The Life is in the Blood

Approximately 6 years ago I decided to go for a plant-based diet, and almost a year ago that my husband and I started to include more vegetables (juices and salads) in our diet in order to have a richer and balanced diet.
If you ask me why? I would say: The Bible says that life is in the blood Leviticus 17:11.

And how is blood produced?
It’s amazing when you think about this the first time (it happened to me), but only the body is able to produce blood – amazing! This means that scientists cannot invent it and that is why you will not find it in the supermarket.

If our body produces the blood that flows through our veins, don’t you think it’s important to find out how it works? And besides that,
If our body is the only one that can produce blood, from where does it take the material to produce it?

Everything we ingest, either food or drink, after being digested through various processes, our body with an amazing engineering and super gifted system will turn it into blood. That’s how fascinating this wonderful machinery is, that God has created.

Now, if the body uses the raw material that you provided in order to produce blood, what is the quality of the blood that you are producing?
It depends on the quality of your food (raw material) to be successful in the quality of production, don’t you think?

I am convinced that if we have never before been interested in knowing more about these issues, today is not to late. Now is even more important to reconsider our ideas, and ask ourselves if our eating habits are creating a bad or good condition in our system.

We need to learn that we eat to live – we don’t live to eat.
