For 2-3 persons
- 650 g potatoes (about 5 fairly big potatoes)
- 400 ml water
- 50 ml of virgin olive oil (Skip this if you are frying in oil)
- 250-300 ml of whole grain spelt flour
- 1 table spoon of salt (Could be left out completely)
Grate/Shred the potatoes. Add the water, salt and oil. Add the flour and stir until the flour is completely dissolved. Fry on middle heat. If you make smaller pancakes it is easier to turn them.
