- 4 dl soy milk
- 2 dl water
- 4 dl flour (For instance 2 dl whole wheat flour + 2dl wheat flour. Or try spelt)
- 0,5 dl oil
- A pinch of salt
- 1-1,5 dl corn flour, soy flour or potato flour. (or a mix of some of them)
This can be served with a delicious cabbage salad on top. Shred the cabbage and add cut tomatoes, cucumber, etc.
If you want it sweet, add a sweetener of your choice to the mix. We would recommend dates. Try to add 5-10 dates ran through a mixer. They can also be served without an added sweetener in the mix, putting something sweet on top.
