- 2,5 dl Dates (200g)
- 0,75 dl Honey
- 0,75 dl Peanut butter
- 2,5 dl Almonds
- 3,75 dl Oats
- Roast the almonds and the oats in the oven t 175 degrees C., about 15 min.
- Cut the almonds for a short time in the food processor.
- Heat the honey and peanut butter in a pot with low heat.
- Mix the dates in a food processor until it almost becomes a dough (about 1 min.)
- Mix the almonds, oats, dates together with the honey and the peanut butter.
- Put the mix on a 20x20cm on a baking sheet. Then use a glass or a rolling pin to roll the dough until it is even.
- Cover with baking sheet or plastic, and let it get firm in the fridge or freezer for 15-20 min.
- Cut in squared pieces and store it in the fridge or freezer.
