Ingredients:
- 250 g cooked red beets
- 125 g cashew nuts
- 1 garlic clove
- 25 ml olive oil
- 1 ½ Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2-3 dry tomatoes
- ¾ Herbamare salt
Directions:
- Blend the cashew nuts to make them small like powder. After add all the ingredients in the blender and blend together.
- Try for the salt and taste.
- Serve in a small bowl.
