Ingredients:

  • 250 g cooked red beets
  • 125 g cashew nuts
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 25 ml olive oil
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2-3 dry tomatoes
  • ¾  Herbamare salt

Directions:

  1. Blend the cashew nuts to make them small like powder. After add all the ingredients in the blender and blend together.
  2. Try for the salt and taste.
  3. Serve in a small bowl.
